Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original, unused and unwashed condition.
Products must have all original tags and packaging.
Customized products, including custom printed T-shirts, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We will send a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please follow the steps outlined in our Return Policy.
